Marriage proposals on TV and in movies always make me wish I hadn’t been the one to propose because I know Tim would’ve been so much better at it than I was. He probably would’ve had a song and dance.
I forgot how epic the opening of Mass Effect 2 is, I hope Mass Effect 3’s opening can live up to it. From what I played in the demo released yesterday it looks like it will. One question tho: where is Joker? Did he die in ME2? I’m playing through it again to find out.
I am very excited to sample the KitKat Chunky white choc’s that Linzi sent me over. I have put them in the fridge so they can be enjoyed at the best temperature possible.

So this weekend Tim was supposed to come up and we were going to have a romantic weekend since he wouldn’t be here on Tuesday for Valentines Day. But then it all went to pot because I had to take over in another store so I had to work the weekend and I was not happy about it. We decided there was no point in Tim coming up cos I would be tired and cranky anyway so that made me even more unhappy.
Yesterday I’m sitting in work in the office about to finish my shift and I hear Jasmine say “What are you doing here?” to someone and I assume it’s Michelle because I know she works around the area somewhere.
I turn around in my seat to go see and there’s a man standing there, who is this man? I was so tired it took a few minutes for it to click that it was Tim and he was surprising me. I don’t think I’d ever been so happy to see him in my life.
Once I finished up at work, we headed over to Metrotown to pick out and order our wedding rings and then went for a lovely romantic dinner at La Rustica. All in all: Best. Surprise. EVER.
